After pressure washing everything well and taking a bunch of photos – tear-down begins!
We started by removing the hood then carefully removing the turbo unit and its associated pieces and setting them aside. Then we dropped the transmission as we do not have the auxiliary lifts required to drop the front clip. We removed the heater box, rad, fan and pulleys etc then pulled the engine. This engine had some serious leaks and everything was so grimy but happily it ket things from rusting too.
