Yes Eric, you are correct. The first exhaust system hanger that attaches to the body/frame is the inlet to the muffler. That hanger attaches to the sheet metal floor pan. The second hanger is on the left side exit from the muffler and attaches to the frame member. Then the two tail pipes are also attached to the right and left frame members with 90 degree drop brackets. The one shown in your pic on the right side looks to be an original tail pipe hanger.
