62’ rail drip trim removal

    Does anyone know how to properly take these off without damaging? Plan on body and paint and this is last of trim to come off.

    I was not able to get a picture but looked at my parts car. After the weatherstrip is out you will see the screws that hold it on. You will have to remove the weatherstrip first.

    You need to buy a 1963 Oldsmobile Service Manual! It will show you how all the trim is attached, even works for most of a 1962 car. Your next problem will be the outside door “arm rest” trim. Without the manual you will be fighting this stuff for a long time! They are available on eBay for about $50. Well worth the investment.
