Ok so I have a few yards for hubs, but where am I going to find drums for my 62? Everything I found is 5 lug and I need 4 lug.

There have been a number of members who have changed their brake system to disk brakes. Look them up and see if they might have saved their old brake drums. I did search for front and/or rear drums new or used and didn’t find anything two years ago.I decided to have mine turned and now they are at or close to the limit but work just fine.

Mine cleaned up a little over too, in fact they sanded them smooth instead of turning to do the minimum and then they lined the shoes with thicker linings. Work good.

Kanter sells replacement drums for these cars. I have not used them but my friend Scott is happy with the ones he got.
