Rear end bearings

    For anyone needing the information, here is a list of bearings and races needed to rebuild the rear end. I went to an industrial supply company and got quality USA made bearings. Some of these are available from Auto Zone in a China brand but I spent the extra money on quality brands. Watch out for the LM603015, Those are very expensive. After I paid $75 each for them I found that Summit offers them in this brand for $50 each.
    LM603049 need 2
    LM603015 need 2
    M88038 need 1
    M88010 need 1
    M802048 need 1
    M802011 need 1
    88107C axle bearing, need 2. NOS pop up on eBay now and then for a low price.
    577918 is the lock retainers. need 2. These are the Oldsmobile part number and not easy to find. I can not find a source for them aftermarket.

    Thanks, I’ll add this to my parts info for future use.
