Thanks Oaklyss, anything that makes these Turbo cars different needs to be recreated. I just used a bright red and if you hold the filters 2 feet apart it looks correct but I think Testors Competition Orange ‘may be’ the absolute correct.

I had 2 NOS GF-91s a few years ago when I was between Jetfires, but sold them. I would love to have a stencil. What paint did you find for that color?

Read the option list. You could separately order all the trim pieces used on the Cutlass models when you bought a base F-85.

Turns out that I do not have the correct seat tracks. The last Jetfire I picked up I knew did not have the original seats but they were the original style. Well, whatever they took them out of was no a 61-63 f-85 or Buick because the tracks are completely different.

Yes, the adjustable seat tracks for the passenger side. Mirror of the drivers side.

They both have a fork in the front that goes under a bolt and the rear has a hole on one track to bolt down and a hole in the other track to slip over a stud in the floor. They bolt up to the seat frame with one bolt front and rear.…[Read more]

That is the correct block also and has a 303 date code so that also fits the car. This is a really special car to be documented that well and so original.
