I have attached the “1961-63 F85 car and option prices” list I downloaded from somewhere a while ago. See Pg 3 for the wheel tire options you mention above. If you know your option,car type, and certain specific options like AC it tells you if it was whitewall or blackwall and wheel size. Doesn’t go into how wide the sidewalls. When I think back that may have been a transitional period-some cars were going to skinny and some cars still had wide.
