Not quite sure just how to help you out? Jetfire, turbocharged cars, were offered in 1962 and 1963. 1961 Oldsmobile F-85’s did NOT offer a turbocharged car. As for your question, the red color applied to the (1962 only) compressor housing and by-pass controller was mixed to match the red porcelain finish applied to the turbine housing. I have never found a color number or spec for this red paint. It does NOT have to be a high temp engine paint. You will have to mix an spray, not an aerosol color that I have ever found.
