Engine ID Codes

Engine ID ChartAttached are engine ID codes for the ’63 F-85 215 cid engines.

The ’61 and ’62 engines used the same suffix and prefix codes as in the ’63 Service Manual page in the attached picture (click here to download a PDF version of the chart).

  • for ’61 engine codes started with S001001
  • for ’62 engine codes started with S100001
  • for ’63 engine codes started with S200001

These codes are on the right head.

As for block ID codes, the only one I am familiar with to be coded different is a Jetfire block code.  I do believe all F-85 blocks were the same with the exception of the Jetfire block. Jetfire blocks have a “J” stamped on them.

Default Gallery Type Template

This is the default gallery type template, located in:
/nas/content/live/perkinsrk1963/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_gallery_display/templates/index.php.

If you're seeing this, it's because the gallery type you selected has not provided a template of it's own.

Happy Jetfires…Jim Noel
