This 62 f85 cutlass has a rod knock, we have not dis assembled yet, does anyone know who sells rod, mains, cam bearings for this motor. Also this vehicle had a nearly complete turbo in trunk that we would sell, sure it needs overhaul. Vintage Vince (service@orindaclassiccarcenter.com)
D&D (aluminumV8.com) has it all except for some reason he told me cam bearings weren’t available when I bought a complete rebuild kit from him 2-3 years ago. He said to use the orig cam bearings which I didn’t like at all.
My machine shop had no problems and got the cam bearings.
TA Performance may have them as well. TA has some oil pump parts not commonly avail. Talk to Tim.
Many of the eng parts are available from suppliers.
