Joe, Here is a picture of one from a 70 Cutlass. They are much different. Also the slits in the 61-63 are much longer in the hub than they are on the 70. However, I did just try it and the 70 WILL work in the 61-63 and after examining it closer I believe the 70 style is MUCH less likely to come out. Not that the original one should come out but the 70 style is a much improved method.
