    i picked these cross bar bushings up just to have around. the ones on the car are ok but it was one of those moments i thought i couldn’t live without having them. i hope they are the right thing. they are part number 579067 and group 7.010. are these very hard to find?

    I have not seen these bushings on a 61 to 63 F-85? Not sure just what they are for?

    i thought they were the bushings that are in the crossmember that attaches the engine and all the front suspension to the body?

    I do believe you are correct and I was wrong! They look like the isolation mount bushings. Three used to mount Y frame to body forks.
