OK, Just found it, It has a separate part number for the 4bbl heads of the 63 manual trans and the 4bbl heads of the 63 hydromatic trans. Looks like the Jetfire all have the same heads so I believe all the Jetfire would be 10.25

I did not know the parts book give the thickness. I had not looked these up. As far as compression, I thought I read it was only the automatic 63 Cutlass that had the higher compression? John, Is your automatic flywheel out of a Jetfire?

I have an extra Jetifre 10 inch manual flywheel but don’t have the clutch disc and pressure plate for it. Not sure I would ever find those to match the flywheel.

The only one I know for sure is a real Jetfire auto flywheel is in my automatic car. The engine I got from Ken I would assume has one from a Jetfire but not sure. I was playing with trying to mold one yesterday. It was just a quick try to see if it was possible. Looks like I will be able to make them but need to put a little more time into getting the consistency correct. These are a little lumpy. I think I will be able to make a nice set after a couple tries.

I forgot about that but I did just see that the other day. I need a 4 speed one, I wonder what version Waldron’s has? I know lots of people really like the bubble top full size cars. I always liked the 62 full size car top better and the f-85 followed that. One thing is for sure, you can draw really good. I am terrible at that stuff. I can draw basic wire diagrams but that is the limit to mt drawing abilities.

Jim, I have been playing with some mold making and never thought about it for this. Here is a video that would give the basics of what I am doing. I bet if we coated the lens and housing with soap and molded this into it, I bet it would work a little easier. Just an idea if someone wants to try it.

I think I have good used front gaskets but not sure about the back. I have some NOS ones for the back but I need to see if I have enough. I will want 4 for my car and anything more than that I could sell. I believe I have several NOS rear lenses for 61 and 62 including the 61 clear ones. If I get time tonight I will look and see what I have.

I have an NOS front set I can let go of. I would need $70 and shipping for them. I may have a used set but would likely have some imperfections in them. If I have a used usable set I would let a set go for $40 and shipping.

Will the rubber blades come out of those and go into the originals?
