I need about 6 to 8 quality pictures of cars. They need 8 good pictures to choose one for the T shirt of the 2019 Homecoming show. If anyone want to email me a couple quality photos I will collect them and forward them on to the Homecoming organizers.

All of my 63 carburetors had the chimney and all my 62’s do not have it. I am only assuming that they have not been changed in the past.

Here is one to add to the list Jim. It is built the same week as our automatic car. 05E and is number 898. The tag was almost to far got to read. It is 29 cars newer than our car. Ours was shipped to NY and this car was new in PA.

That is really cool Jim! I am going to try to get a picture of every cowl tag I possibly can when I am around these cars. I know of some junkers that would be nice to add to the list if I can get the info off of them.

That is very possible that someone removed it. From what I understand, the car had more history apart than it did together.

The one we had did not have power brakes or A/C but it did have automatic and power steering. One of our 62’s has power steering and the other does not and neither of them have the 2M but maybe the 2M is a 63 only code? I don’t believe the power steering could be it.

I would like to see the 3 speed Jetfire cowl tag. I can’t remember who that was or if they would be willing to post it.
