Steele has all the vent window gasket. You will need to drill out the pivot rivet. They are available on the web and the tool to crimp the end. You need to look around. Fusick rebuilds them and he said they were filled with mercury. You may be correct.

The tube has Mercury in it so if you cut it wear gloves. Not the best stuff to get on you.

Next step in the restoration of the Jetfire. Complete front suspension rebuild. Lots of cleaning and wire brushes. More work but will be worth it.

One more thought. Olds Jetfire doors are the same as convertible doors. So there are 3 sets of glass. Post coupe, coupe and converible. Both the glass and vent windows are different. I hope that helps.
