You’ll need a custom flexplate and the D&D adapter plate. The 200-4R is set up to use a lockup converter unless you build it specifically for a non-lockup. You will need to modify the floor. The only later model automatic that fits without floorpan mods is the TH200 three speed.

I’ll also suggest browsing the engine builds at britishV8.com. Lots of good info on the BOPR motors (that’s Buick-Olds-Pontiac-Rover).

Spend some time looking at the engine builds at britishv8.com. The Buick 300 crank is the usual way to go, but put that in a Rover block with Chevy 305 pistons and you get about a 298. The late Rover 4.6 blocks have cross-bolted mains.

Win10 and Firefox on a PC.

I just did a test. With this website open in one tab in Firefox, I opened a second tab and did a google search for a topic on the site, as I suggested above. When I open that topic, the pictures open up just fine. No gyrations, no magic, just two tabs open in the same browser.

So use Google. It’s a better search engine anyway. In the Google search box, type (with the quotes) and then your search topic. This searches the entire site, forum and all.

Click on the red magnifying glass at the right end of the menu bar at the top of the page.

And where does the other end go? Again, NOT factory, so you’ll have to ask whoever installed it why it is there.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to show in those photos. If they were in focus it might help. I do see a copper line in the second photo. That’s not factory. Olds NEVER used copper lines, only steel.

1961-63 F-85 or Skylark are the only options. Nothing else fits. Rust free sheet metal from the desert southwest is your only option. Keep in mind that this is a unibody car. The floor pans are part of the structure. You don’t want to mickey-mouse something.

The choke hot air tube has vacuum from the carb. That’s how the heated air gets pulled past the choke coil. The other end of that stove in the exhaust manifold is obviously also going to have vacuum, since air has to be pulled into the stove to be heated before it goes to the choke coil. It’s all the same tube.

If your real question is, “is there a flywheel from another engine that fits a 215?”, the answer is no. There are several variants of 215 flywheels, by the way, including the Buick inertia ring flywheels.
