Installed the Addco 936 kit last night, really wasn’t a problem. Used the an existing hole behind the parking brake cable, little bigger than 3/8, to mock it up on the car. graytoad, I have not installed mine yet. I have attempted but as 62cutlassconvert said, the plates to mount are not as desired.
Also, you are correct that the kit says for 63 Tempest and not skylark/cutlass….but it can work.
Quick google search shows you plate modification/design that would work.
