I did want to add a couple more pictures. One is the very first registration to the car and the other is the registration from 71 that matches the license plates on the car. I got every registration the car ever had.

Well that did not take long. This car is sold pending payment. They will be here next week to pick it up. From what I understand it will be a couple years before they do anything with it but have been looking for a documented 4 speed car for a long time.

I cleaned under the hood some. I don’t know why they painted the front section in primer but I did find where the original sticker was under the primer. It is starting to flake off but you can sure see where the factory put it on .

Would a 205 70 15 fit on the original 15 inch wheels? Would they fit between the axle and body to mount them?

May sound crazy but how is tire diameter measured? When I convert my original 600 15 tires to radial it give me 185/70 15 but when I check the diameter on google it gives me 25.2 inches. My original 600 15 measures 26.25 at the max diameter when just using a tape measure. From what I see it looks like 205 70 15 is the same diameter at 26.3 but it…[Read more]

It would clean up better if someone was doing it that knows what they are doing but for the most part this is as good as it will get by me. Looks ok if you want that survivor look but as I said before, it really needs restored.
