So the shop I took my 62 to said the ball joints needed to be replaced but never told me is they were press in or bolt in….Anyone ?

so upon closer look, the part of the bumper that is vertical that frames the license plate is missing its bolts, and looks like a bracket in the front is also missing. anyone know what sixe these are?

sorry if this has been asked before. am looking for wheel cylinders both front and rear for my 62 cutlass. I am also looking for an idler arm for the same vehicle.

weird that it shows a black wire to the + side of the coil. I have a red or pink wire to that side also the white cloth insulated wire.

That does not make sense that the front reservoir is smaller seeing as the front bakes account for the majority of the stopping power.

has anyone used this on their 62 with a 215v8? I just installed one, and it ran like crap. reinstalled the points, and runs great. I looked all over for the resistor that needs to be bypassed and could not locate it.
anyone else have the same issue? -

my 62 has a 4bb Rochester. when I bought it, it did not have a return spring on it. do these need as return spring? also someone made a poor attempt at the throttle linkage. anyone have a pic or two I could cheat from?

So after a huge panic with the car dying on the way back from a show, turns out it was out of gas. however the guage was reading between E, and 1/4. Any solutions to trouble shhot. I don’t have the special tool required in the manual.
